Holiday apartments – Villa Diana

 

Villa Diana Holiday Apartments is a unique family run development in the countryside just 45 minutes’ drive from Brindisi airport, 10 minutes from Lecce and from the beach. The property is self-catering and is near the town of Merine, 700m from the villa you can find bars, supermarket, pharmacy, pizza etc plus a lovely restaurant just across the road.

There is a total of 6 apartments all with fully equipped kitchen, heating, AC, TV, free Wi-Fi, private furnished patio and use of a shared garden area including pool with massage, BBQ and tennis court.

 

We again have the option to take this property before it is listed for 2020 at the below rates:

 

Apartments range between 3-person, 4 person and one six person accommodation.

 

Two people =  €110,00 per night

Extra bed is €20 per night

Children aged 5-12 is €10 per night

Under 5 is free

 

N.B. The tourist tax (€1.00 per person from 16 to 70 years old per night for the first 7 nights must be paid in cash.
